The project was procured under a Design & Construct contract to revitalise White Street Mall and encourage patronage by creating an interactive and multi-purpose urban landscape that can be enjoyed by adults and parents with young children, as well as social and community groups.

Works include developing and preparing detail design documentation based on the concept design, construction of streetscape upgrades including catenary and street lighting, rubber paving, timber decking, mud stone seating and associated works.
