Parkmore Shopping Centre located at 317 Cheltenham Road, Keysborough has been servicing the requirements of residents in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne since 1973. The Centre is focused on offering customers convenience, with major stores Kmart, Big W, Best & Less, Coles and Woolworths along with approximately 100 specialty stores.

The aim of the project is to modernise the centre and boost patron appeal of the shopping centre. Stage 1 of this upgrade was recently completed, comprising the delivery of an updated façade treatment, with Stage 2 proposed to incorporate the modernisation of paving to the entries. 

The scope of works includes the following key items; 

1.  Demolition of the existing paving, roadways and landscaping 

2. Construction of the new pavements, garden beds and custom street furniture 

3. Installation of signage and line-marking 

4. Installation of new plants and trees
